Blackwell and Associates undertook the siting and setting for this commemorative bronze artwork for Sir Charles Court. We assisted art coordinator Malcolm McGregor to select artists Tony and Ben Jones and incorporated the bronze into our urban design.
Following an exacting program and construction works on one of the busiest sites in the city, the work was opened by a collection of former WA Premiers on what would have been Sir Charles’ 100th birthday.
