The overall layout for this site was determined through a team approach. Road alignments were carefully adjusted to maximise views to the water and the scale of the streets, plaza and water-front promenade were each carefully considered to achieve the optimum scale in the context of the two to three storey commercial development expected to occupy the site.

Blackwell & Associates were involved in all aspects of this work through to final completion of the construction program.
