'Complex' doesn't come close to describing the process behind this project. Encompassing land that spanned some 13Ha of coastline between North Fremantle and the towns of Mosman Park and Cottesloe, under the keen eye of the Leighton Action Coalition (LAC) and under leadership of LandCorp, on behalf of the Department of Planning & Infrastructure (DPI) and involving Aboriginal Elders from the seven families with traditional links to the land,

Blackwell and Associates worked with this diverse community group over the whole of this period, addressing issues broadly spanning community needs to coastal processes, ultimately arriving at a detailed master plan.
