Blackwell & Associates were engaged to undertake the design of the public landscape component of the 4Ha mixed use development at the southern end of the Leighton Marshalling Yards.

The landscape brief included a central plaza that links the adjacent North Fremantle train station to the beach, a small public open space at the northern end of the site, a significant amount of dune rehabilitation and the streetscapes servicing the surrounding  development.
